Peptide stacks

A peptide stack is a combination of two or more peptides or peptide-adjacent products marketed together for a goal such as injury recovery, body composition, focus, skin appearance, libido, or longevity. Stacks are popular in biohacking communities, but popularity is not approval, proof, or safety.

No protocols: This page explains stack claims and risks. It does not provide dosing, cycle design, injection instructions, reconstitution instructions, or vendor recommendations.

How to read a stack claim

Most stacks are sold around synergy: one peptide is said to start a signal, another to amplify it, and another to fill a gap. That framing can be useful, but it can also make weak evidence sound precise.

The stack is not the evidence

A stack can contain one approved medicine, one cosmetic ingredient, one supplement, and one research chemical. Evidence for one component does not transfer to the combination.

The strongest evidence would test the exact combination, finished product, route, population, and outcome. Most wellness-market stacks do not have that kind of evidence.

Route changes the risk

A topical cosmetic stack, an oral supplement stack, a prescription medication combination, and a research-use injectable stack are different safety situations.

Injectable stacks raise the highest quality concerns: sterility, concentration, impurities, storage, immune reactions, and whether anyone is monitoring adverse effects.

Stacking multiplies uncertainty

Even if each component has a plausible mechanism, combining them can create additive side effects, interactions, overlapping contraindications, and confusing signals if something goes wrong.

For athletes, anti-doping rules can be stricter than consumer law. A substance can be popular online and still be prohibited in sport.

Popular stacks at a glance

This list focuses on combinations people commonly encounter online. It is not a recommendation and it is not a complete protocol library.

StackCommon componentsMarketed goalKey caution
Wolverine StackBPC-157 + TB-500Marketed for tendon, ligament, muscle, joint, cartilage, and post-injury recovery. The major issues are unknown human safety, product identity, sterility, immune reactions, impurities, unclear concentration, and the temptation to inject around injuries without diagnosis.
Growth Hormone Secretagogue StackCJC-1295 + IpamorelinPromoted for sleep quality, recovery, body composition, training adaptation, and anti-aging.Risk questions include glucose changes, edema, carpal-tunnel-like symptoms, endocrine disruption, cardiovascular symptoms, cancer history, sleep apnea, and whether the product is a regulated medicine or a research-use vial.
Focus and Calm StackSemax + SelankMarketed for focus, mood, stress resilience, anxiety support, and cognitive performance.Watch for neurologic or mood effects, interactions with psychiatric medications, sleep disruption, overconfident productivity claims, and nasal products with unclear absorption or preservative quality.
Metabolic Incretin StackGLP-1 medicine + amylin or amylin-like agentDiscussed for appetite regulation, weight management, satiety, and metabolic disease treatment.Risks include nausea, vomiting, dehydration, gallbladder issues, pancreatitis warnings, hypoglycemia risk when combined with diabetes medicines, dosing errors, and unsafe compounded or gray-market versions.
Compounded GLP-1 Add-On StackSemaglutide or tirzepatide + B12, B6, L-carnitine, NAD, or similar add-onsMarketed for weight loss with added energy, nausea support, metabolism, or wellness benefits. The concerns are concentration variability, multi-dose vial measurement errors, salt forms, shipping and refrigeration problems, extra ingredients, side effects from GLP-1 drugs, and misleading claims that imply compounded products are the same as approved products.
Skin and Collagen Support StackTopical GHK-Cu + palmitoyl peptides + collagen peptidesPromoted for skin texture, hydration, barrier feel, fine-line appearance, and connective-tissue support.Lower-risk does not mean no-risk.
Glow and Repair Research StackGHK-Cu + BPC-157, sometimes with TB-500Marketed for skin repair, hair appearance, wound healing, recovery, and anti-aging.The biggest risk is route confusion: topical skin-care use is not the same as injecting research peptides.
Libido and Tanning StackBremelanotide / PT-141 + Melanotan IIPromoted for libido, sexual response, tanning, and appearance-focused body confidence.Risks include blood pressure effects, nausea, flushing, darkening of moles or pigmentation changes, sexual side effects, counterfeit products, and missing a diagnosis for sexual dysfunction or skin changes.
Sleep and Longevity StackDSIP + EpitalonMarketed for sleep quality, circadian rhythm, stress recovery, telomeres, and longevity.Risk questions include next-day fatigue, mood changes, endocrine effects, interaction with sleep disorders, false reassurance around aging claims, and use of research chemicals without safety monitoring.
Immune and Inflammation Research StackThymosin alpha-1 + KPV or LL-37Promoted for immune balance, inflammation, gut symptoms, infection resilience, and recovery.Risks include immune overactivation or suppression, masking infection, interactions with autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive drugs, peptide impurities, and confusing antimicrobial research with approved anti-infective treatment.
Fat-Loss Research StackAOD-9604 + MOTS-c, sometimes with GLP-1 productsMarketed for fat metabolism, mitochondrial health, exercise adaptation, and body recomposition.Risks include unproven benefit, immune reactions, impurities, glucose or appetite changes, misleading body-composition claims, and layering unapproved products onto already potent metabolic medicines.
Sermorelin Secretagogue StackSermorelin + GHRP-2 or GHRP-6Marketed for growth-hormone support, sleep, recovery, lean mass, and anti-aging clinic programs.Risks include endocrine disruption, glucose changes, edema, carpal-tunnel-like symptoms, appetite changes, sleep apnea concerns, cancer-history questions, and confusion between legitimate endocrine care and anti-aging marketing.
Hexarelin Performance StackHexarelin + CJC-1295Promoted for strength, recovery, training adaptation, body composition, and growth-hormone signaling.Risks include excessive endocrine stimulation, fluid retention, glucose effects, blood-pressure or cardiovascular symptoms, prolactin or cortisol concerns, injection quality issues, and anti-doping problems for athletes.
Tesamorelin Body-Composition StackTesamorelin + GLP-1 productDiscussed for abdominal fat, appetite control, metabolic health, and clinic-led body-composition programs.Risks include glucose changes, nausea, dehydration, gallbladder concerns, injection burden, contraindication overlap, off-label drift, and missing the difference between specialist treatment and broad wellness use.
Mitochondrial Longevity StackMOTS-c + EpitalonMarketed for mitochondrial health, cellular energy, exercise resilience, aging, and healthspan.Risks include unknown long-term biology, immune reactions, impurities, endocrine or sleep effects, false reassurance around aging claims, and delaying better-established metabolic or sleep care.
Gut Barrier Research StackBPC-157 + KPVPromoted for gut lining support, inflammation, food tolerance, bloating, and recovery from digestive irritation.Risks include masking inflammatory bowel disease, infection, bleeding, medication side effects, or food allergy; using research vials orally or by injection without oversight; and trusting symptom anecdotes over diagnosis.
Hair and Skin Copper StackGHK-Cu + TB-500 + Collagen peptidesMarketed for hair appearance, skin texture, wound recovery, connective-tissue support, and cosmetic anti-aging.Risks include irritation, allergy, supplement quality issues, research-peptide sterility concerns, unrealistic hair-regrowth claims, and missing medical causes of hair loss or poor wound healing.
Libido and Bonding StackBremelanotide + OxytocinMarketed for libido, arousal, emotional closeness, relationship bonding, and sexual confidence.Risks include nausea, flushing, blood-pressure effects, uterine effects, psychiatric or relationship-context concerns, missed diagnoses for sexual dysfunction, and using hormones or neuropeptides to bypass appropriate care.
Fertility Signal StackKisspeptin + GonadorelinDiscussed around reproductive hormones, LH and FSH signaling, fertility optimization, and hormone-axis testing.Risks include cycle disruption, ovarian or testicular hormone changes, missed infertility diagnoses, pregnancy-related concerns, medication interactions, and confusing monitoring-heavy reproductive medicine with wellness optimization.

Questions before trusting a stack

  • Is every component approved for the goal being claimed?
  • Is the combination itself studied, or only the individual ingredients?
  • Are any components research-use only, compounded, or gray-market?
  • Does the route introduce sterility, concentration, or measurement risks?
  • Could the combination affect glucose, blood pressure, hormones, mood, sleep, immune function, or other medicines?
  • Who is responsible for monitoring and adverse-event follow-up?
